The Japan Relief Charity Concert “Through the Darkness, We Will Rise” was a big success, thanks to all of the volunteers, musicians/performers, sponsors and vendors!! Our team organized this charity concert on the fly, and worked around the clock in between & after work to orchestrate this magic. We were able to gather $13,000 to donate to the ailing parts of Japan after the devastating earthquake & tsunami (now on-going radiation problems to overcome) rampaged the northern pacific region of Japan. This event was broadcast live on Ustream and had many viewers in Japan. Hopefully, our thought and prayer were reached to the victims of the disasters. Thank you everyone who have donated their time and money for this!!
Upcoming charity event:

The CB1100F was only available for one year in the United states, but was one incredible motorcycle. With its 1062cc engine, improved TRAC “anti-dive” forks, boxed swingarm, and 108hp, made this Honda’s first 1100cc Superbike. This specific bike was custom made & tuned by Vicious Motorcycle up in Portland, Oregon and engine was swapped to 750cc version. Very fast & beautiful bike, must see! Check out the other 1983 Honda CB1100F bike that is 99% original here @ Accel Motors..
So far, this month has been a hectic one for us, in business term and also volunteering at multiple venues to help gather donation for Japan after what had happened last month. Accel Motors was a part of two location fundraiser to raise money to donate for a relief cause and all together, we raised $6k!! Great job everyone!!
Last weekend, I attended & volunteered at “Music for Japan 2011” charity concert which was held at Sony Electronics in San Diego. The concert was streamed live through Ustream on world wide basis and more than 800 people gathered at the venue to enjoy the performance of multiple musicians. “Music for Japan 2011” gathered $30k in this one day event and it will be donated through Japan Society to help the victims of 3/11 earthquake and revive Japan! Thank you everyone for your heartwarming support!!
